Chris Talbott is a producer, director, and writer of movies, plays, and videos. A member of the Sundance Institute Collective, Talbott just finished the documentary Deep Run, which premiered in June 2015, and he is currently producing the feature narrative Jew Boy. His first documentary The World’s Best Prom won Best Documentary at the Wisconsin Film Festival in 2001, and inspired a popular episode of NPR’s This American Life. Talbott served as an executive assistant to actor/director Tim Robbins on the Academy-Award winning Dead Man Walking and Cradle Will Rock. In that time, he wrote three plays which were developed and produced with OVO, SoHo Rep, HERE, and Theater for the New City. Also the founder of Cause Effect Agency, which connects celebrity talent with worthy causes, Talbott studied history at Brown University and Chinese at Nanjing University (China). Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, Talbott currently resides in New York City.

Ian Rosenberg is a director and producer of theater and film. For OVO he has directed four theatrical productions: Hold (1999); Portland (1999); Love Research (2002); Love Research: Phase 2 (2003); and two short films,Overhead (2004) and Grand Street (2006). He is also the Producer of OVO's documentary The World's Best Prom (distributed by Matson Films). In addition, Ian directed and produced (with Caroline Laskow) the documentary, Welcome to Kutsher's: The Last Catskills Resort, about the 100th anniversary of Kutsher's Country Club. Independent of OVO, Ian was the Associate Producer of the award-winning yoga documentary Ashtanga, NY, directed by Caroline Laskow and Mary Wigmore, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2003 (distributed by First Run Features); and the Producer of a contemporary production of Shakespeare's Troilus and Cressida directed by Marc Fajer (2004). In 2006, Ian's photography and video work were featured as part of New York Stand Still, a joint show (with Mark Mann) at the Lotus Club. He is also the Producer of Finishing Heaven, a documentary directed by Mark Mann, which premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival (2008) and had its broadcast premiere on HBO (2009). Ian is currently directing/producing (with Caroline Laskow) the documentary, Welcome to Kutsher's: The Last Catskills Resort, about the 100th anniversary of Kutsher's Country Club. Most recently, Ian wrote two books on free speech, The Fight for Free Speech (NYU Press) and the graphic novel Free Speech Handbook (Macmillan/First Second). 

Mary Wigmore is a director and producer whose most recent documentary, BIRTH STORY: INA MAY GASKIN AND THE FARM MIDWIVES (co-directed with Sara Lamm), won the audience award at the Los Angeles Film Festival in 2012 and had a successful theatrical and online release. Mary also co-directed the award winning documentary ASHTANGA, NY which premiered at The Tribeca Film Festival in 2003, played on the Discovery Channel, and is distributed by First Run Films. Mary's short film DEALBREAKER premiered at the 2006 Sundance film festival. She has made music videos for Coldplay and short films for Google, MSN, Goop, Ogilvy and Mather, New Visions Foundation, and Amnesty International. Prior to graduating from the Columbia University Graduate Film Program in 2005, she worked in the art department on films such as THE ICE STORM and DEAD MAN WALKING.

HILLEVI Z. LOVEN is a video maker and multi media artist. She was the Principle Camera Operator of OVO's award winning short and feature documentary, The World's Best Prom, Overhead (2004) and director of Take Back the Vote (2004). She has also participated in OVO productions as a set and costume designer.

In the fields of commercial video and still photography, she works with clients including Time Inc., Condé Nast and Heifer International.

Karen Sorensen is a writer and performer who has dedicated the last seven years to researching love. She sets up her public booth on city streets and invites participants to answer questions about love in exchange for flowers. To date she has interviewed hundreds of people from all walks of life. For OVO she conceived and performed Love Research (2002), and Love Research: Phase 2 (2003) produced at Collective Unconscious, The Culture Project and La Tea Theater. She was also invited to present Love Research at Covivant Gallery in Tampa, FL, Art in General, Socrates Sculpture Park,Creative Time's Freedom of Expression Monument and P.S. 122. Her collective research has recently been gathered into a book, titled Love (lǔv) n which is on sale now at Amazon.

Ruben Carbajal puts words in people's mouths for a living.

He's probably best known for his play, The Gifted Program, set in his home town of Racine, Wisconsin. Developed at Soho Rep's Writer/Director Lab and given its world premiere in a 2003 OVO production, the play was published by Dramatists Play Service, and continues to be performed across the country. It has since been included in several best-of anthologies.

Next Stage Press recently released acting editions of his early OVO-produced plays PORTLAND and HOLD.

Ruben's works have been presented by Umass-Lowell, Gorilla Tango Theatre, Pipeline Theatre, Armstrong Atlantic University, St. Joseph's College, Pace University, Brooklyn College, 11:11 Theatre Company, Stage Shadows at the Museum of Television and Radio and The Bridge Theatre Company.

He has been writer-in-residence at the Millay Colony and the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival, where his first play, THE MAN WHO STOPPED premiered.

When Ruben isn't writing for dying art forms, he writes for clients like the NBA and Fuse TV.

Ari Vena s a filmmaker, web producer and ethnographer. For OVO she has performed in The Man Who Pulled a Gun Out of his Ass, Rubberville,Portland and The Gifted Program. As well, she co-directed and edited The World's Best Prom. She currently is working on a documentary about a Cape Cod entertainment legend, Rock King. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
